Front panels

Front panels – underlayer with digested laminate or aluminum plate whose shape and milling is matched to the existing printed circuit board with microswitches or auxiliary information. Their task is descriptive or visual information buttons located below them. Descriptions or graphics is applied by screen printing on graphic foil (LEXAN polycarbonate or polyester PET), and then stick on the front panel. It is also possible to print graphics directly on a material such as acrylic glass (PMMA) or powder-coated metal sheet. On the front panels it is possible to embedding: dowels, screws screwed spacer bars as well as any cutting. Both the panel, label and graphics printing is resistant to different environmental conditions such as moisture, dust, chemicals, UV radiation and temperatures from -50 ° C to + 120 ° C.

It is also possible to perform the front panel on engraving laminates with laser cutting descriptions. Such technology even though it slowly being replaced by other solutions, it is still valid and applied. This solutions perfectly suit for the renovation of machine control panels, in which this type of solution has been applied.
